Have a Raft Building event for your Company, School, Youth Club, Scouts or Guides can be a fun way to emphasize team building, leadership and communication skills. This is specially designed for groups to experience all the decision making processes necessary to achieve a goal. They will feel emotions ranging from frustration to euphoria!
The aim is to offer thought provoking and challenging team task which will encourage awareness of all the factors necessary to the working with new people. This task will present a physical challenge although some can contain an overtly physical element, on land and water.
Depending on your requirements, we will design the session to meet your needs but typically it consists of:
- Designing a raft with or with out supervision
- Building a raft with or without supervision
Then having a race on the water or sometimes in the water depending on how well they are built
